for frequent travelers​

REMINDER

  • Each application will be assessed individually. The duration of each process may vary. Visa Processing takes approximately one month, especially when the consulate asks for additional documents. We advise the applicant to submit the documents at least 2 months ahead prior the preferred travel date.

  • Once the documents has been lodged on the embassy, we will not be able to pull out the applications. Visa issuance still depends on the discretion of the visa officers. We will not be liable for their decisions.

  • Visa Fee must be in a form of PHP. Payment for the Visa Fee and the Visa Assistance must be settled prior to the application in the embassy. (Shipping fee may apply as well) If the embassy returned the documents you have submitted, request for additional papers or deny your application, the payment is non refundable.

  • We may reject applications if the required documents cannot be completed or if the travel date is fast approaching.
